View Data View

This section walks users through the process of viewing a Data View to access the Data View Summary, which displays detailed, read-only information about the selected Data View. From this view, users have the option to edit the Data View.

To view an existing Data View, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Expand on Data view

On the Data Views page, expand on the Data View you wish to edit.

Step 2. Select View

Select the View button to open the Data View in view mode.

Step 3. Review Data View Summary

After selecting View, a read-only detailed summary of the Data View will display. The summary includes the following:

  1. Data view details:

    1. Data view

    2. Data load method

    3. Reporting year

    4. Expected data and load status.

  2. Impact Analysis:

    1. Number of report(s) using the Data View.

    2. Name of the report(s).

    3. Status of the report(s).

    4. Audience of the report(s).

  • From the summary page, you have the option to enter Edit mode by selecting the Edit button at the bottom of the page if changes are needed.

  • To close this summary view without making edits, click the Close button in the top right corner.
