The Report section is where your data comes to life. Here, you can create customized reports based on your selected data view and report template. This section covers the entire report lifecycle, including the creation of internal and external reports, editing existing reports, and publishing them when ready.

It offers a range of functionalities to enhance your reporting experience, such as generating a live preview to view your report in real-time, applying filters for refinement, and saving drafts for later completion. This enables you to transform your data into meaningful reports, tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

To access the Reports page, select the Reports button in the left-hand navigation menu.

Reports Page Feature Highlights

Key areas of the Reports page are outlined and numbered to highlight important features. Below, you’ll find detailed explanations of each numbered item outlined in the screenshot of the Reports page.

The Reports List page allows users to manage and view all reports created in the system. Reports can be filtered by status (e.g., draft or finalized), sorted by various criteria, or created from scratch. Each report includes details such as its title, description, and status, along with the action to view. Below is an explanation of the highlighted features: 1. All Reports Tab "Shows all reports, including drafts and finalized versions. 2. Draft Reports Tab "View only reports that are in draft status. 3. Finalized Reports Tab "View only reports that have been finalized." 4. Sort Ascending Button "Organizes the report list in ascending order." 5. Sort Descending Button "Organizes the report list in descending order." 6. Filter Button "Filter reports to show specific criteria." 7. Create Button "Click to create a new report." 8. View Button "View the details of this report."
Reports Page

1. All Reports tab: Displays both Draft and Finalized reports in the list.

2. Draft Reports tab: Displays only Draft reports in the list.

3. Finalized Reports tab: Displays only Finalized reports in the list.

4. Sort: Sorts Reports in either ascending or descending order based on the last updated date.

5. Sort A-Z: Sorts Reports in either alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order.

6. Filter: Filter Reports by either the Status and/or the Audience of the report.

7. Create: This button allows you to create a new Report.

8. View: Takes you to a read-only view of the selected report. You can also transition to edit mode by selecting the Edit button within this view.
