Report Status and Meaning
This section provides an overview of the different statuses that an Internal or External report may have and explains what each status signifies.
Draft Status
A report with a Draft status indicates it has not been finalized or made public.
Internal Reports:
Always remain in draft status, as they are intended for internal use only.

External Reports:
Start as draft and remain so until they are published to the ADAPT Viewer Site. If a finalized external report is edited, it will automatically revert to draft status and be unpublished until republished.

Finalized Status
A report with a Finalized status indicates it has been published to the ADAPT Viewer Site and is available for external public access.
External Reports:
Achieve finalized status only when successfully published. Any edits to a finalized report will unpublish the report and return it to draft status until republished.
