Publish Report

This section walks the user through the process of publishing an External report. Publishing an external report allows it to be made publicly accessible on the ADAPT Viewer site.

Before proceeding, ensure the report is complete and accurate, as any future edits will unpublish the report and return it to a Draft status until it is republished.

To publish an External report, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Expand on an External Report

On the Reports page, locate the external report you want to publish then select the expand control or the report title.

Step 2. Select View

From the expanded view, select the View button to open the report.

Step 3. Select Publish

In the report view, select the Publish button.

Step 4. Confirm to Publish

A confirmation modal will display to ensure you want to proceed with publishing the report.

  • Select Confirm to publish the report or select Cancel to prevent the report from being published.

Completion of Publishing

Once the publishing process is complete, the report's status will update to Finalized to reflect that it is now published and accessible on the ADAPT Viewer site.
